What Does a Host Committee Member Do? 

As a JWFA ImpACTS! host committee member you will reach out to your family, friends and other networks to encourage attendance and support. 

• Recruit people to join you for this special evening. We encourage all Host Committee members to directly contact at least 5 other people, in addition to posting about the event on social media if possible. 
• Attend the event yourself! We hope to see everyone on the host committee there in person or virtually. 
• Host Committee members may be asked to consider volunteering at the event for jobs including greeting guests, helping people check in, and directing people to the right place.  

 Who Can be a Host Committee Member? 

• Anyone who is willing to reach out, especially those with a connection to Enid, Jodi Rudoren and/or JWFA. 
• A Host Committee member does NOT have to be Jewish, a woman or even live in the Atlanta area! 

 What kind of Recognition do Host Committee members receive? 

• Host committee members will be acknowledged and thanked in the evening’s printed program, on JWFA’s ImpACTS! website, and on the pre-event slide show. 
• Trustees and Members of the current ACT cohort and ACT alunmae who are members of the Host Committee will receive special acknowledgement.
