The Heart and Driving Force of JWFA
Our mission, vision and core values guide everything we do at Jewish Women's Fund of Atlanta. These principles shape our strategic decisions and drive our collaborative approach to creating lasting social change.
Mission & Vision
Mission
Jewish Women's Fund of Atlanta invests in solutions that drive social change for Jewish women and girls.
Vision
Jewish Women's Fund of Atlanta envisions a world where all Jewish women and girls realize their full potential.
Core Values
BOLDNESS
We are fearless leaders and advocates who seek creative ideas and take risks.
RESPECT
We welcome diverse voices and recognize the unique and meaningful contributions of each person.
INTEGRITY
We act with compassion, fairness, intention, and transparency in our work.
COMMUNITY
We create a sense of belonging and participation within a multi-faceted community of Jewish women.
Why JWFA Matters
Only 1.8% of all philanthropic dollars donated in the US are directed toward women and girls' causes. For dollars directed toward Jewish women and girls issues in Israel, the percentage is dramatically less.
JWFA is the ONLY organization in Atlanta solely focused on social change for Jewish women and girls – 100%.
What We Do
Since 2012, we have focused on expanding opportunities through strategic grantmaking, advocacy, and education.
Our key areas of focus include:
Our Community Partners
JWFA is grateful for the support of these funders and partners. Together we are working to make the world a better place for Jewish women and girls.
