Linda Davis is a visionary leader whose dedicated service has strengthened Jewish life and fostered interfaith collaboration across Atlanta.

As a Trustee of Jewish Women’s Fund of Atlanta, Linda has held top roles—Chair, Vice Chair, Grants Chair, and now Development Chair—while continuing to serve on JWFA’s Finance and Grants Committees.

Her decades-long leadership at The Temple earned her its President’s Award in 2007 and led her to become the Founding Board Chair of the Zaban Paradies Center.  There Linda helped transform a Temple initiative into a thriving nonprofit supporting homeless couples and families.

At American Jewish Committee, Linda has served as VP of Inter-Religious Affairs, sits on the Atlanta Board of Councilors and National Leadership Council, and received AJC Atlanta’s President’s Award in 2017.  Linda co-chairs the Multifaith Initiative to End Mass Incarceration, leading its Governance Committee and mobilizing faith communities for justice system reform.  She also champions children and families dealing with illness and disabilities through her work with Camp Twin Lakes, where she’s served on the board, chaired the Partners Card fundraiser twice, and led the Development Committee.

Her leadership has brought Linda much well-earned recognition, including JFGA’s Women of Achievement Award, Tikkun Olam Community Impact Award from the Zaban Paradies Shelter, and was named a Woman Who Dares “Shero” by NCJW’s Atlanta Section.

Linda exemplifies the values of humble service, collaboration, and connection that strengthen both Jewish life and the broader Atlanta community.  Her legacy for her two daughters and three grandchildren, and for our entire community, is one of compassion, bold feminist leadership, and bridge-building across communities.
